What leads to success.

I peruse a lot of websites daily for my daily dose of information and I came across one recently that is choke full of ideas, literally. I's call TED (Thinking, Entertainment, Design),a conference held in Monterey,Ca annually with different speakers and guests with genuinely interesting stuff to say.
